    Debit Cards:
    Use your Maestro or Visa Electron debit card. The first time you use it on our website, you enter your MTN or Vodacom mobile number and your Standard Bank or Nedbank debit card number. Then enter your pin on the mobile to authenticate the transaction.

  • Delivery Destinations and Cost: We deliver throughout South Africa. Best of all... delivery is absolutely free if your order value is R5000 or more. For orders below this amount we have a fixed delivery fee of R200. 

    Lead Times: It usually takes anything from 3-7 working days to deliver your order once we receive confirmation of your payment from our bank. If you pay by cheque, we will wait for the cheque to clear before dispatching your order.

    Insurance: Your purchase is fully insured by us until delivered to your door. If the products are damaged during shipping we will send you another or refund your money.

    Tracking: Depending on the shipping method we will supply you with a tracking number. If you have any questions about your shipment contact us.

    Yes we do.You are entitled to cancel your order for the Goods, without penalty, within 7 days of the Goods having been delivered to you. In such an event – you will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the date of canceling this agreement; you undertake not to utilise the Goods; and your agreement of purchase will be deemed to have been canceled.
